Job Description


  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Computer literate and numerate.
  • Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, optional Mandarin
  • Aggressive and fast learner.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
Responsibilities
  • Performing clerical duties such as filing, printing, scanning and compiling documents and drawings
  • Responding to phone calls, emails, and correspondences in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting in preparing permitting documents, tender documents, data entry, drawings, reports, presentation, etc.
  • Providing administrative support to Engineers and Designers
  • Upkeep office, stationery, amenities and needs
  • Delivery documents to client\'s office or authority departments
