Job Description

Handling customers' complaints or inquiries in a professional manner Coordinate and ensure accuracy in processing all orders and paperwork associated with completing the sales process. Provide administrative support for the field sales team by handling incoming and outgoing correspondences, preparing quotations, answering phones, and checking stock status. Keeping track of customers' orders and updating customers on the order status. Providing post-sales support to customers. Ad hoc task as required
- Candidates with strong communication skills in English and Mandarin will be prioritized to meet the needs of our business operations.
- Candidate must be literate in computers and math
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
