Job Description


To prepare purchase requisition form (chemical order). Check stock balance for chemical and latex every morning. Check incoming chemical from Purchase Order (PO). Receive all delivery chemical and latex. Updating latex and chemical prices. Planning for delivery chemical and latex. To record chemical / latex name and quantity received from supplier according to delivery date. To ensure all chemical at chemical storage and at the right place. To prepare delivery order (DO) and invoice for local customer. To prepare Credit Note (CN), Debit Note (DN) & Cash Sales (CS) for local customer. To prepare Delivery Note (DN) to supplier. To prepare Performa Invoice (PI) for local customer. To ensure local customer send back the Performa Invoice (PI) confirmation. To update O/S balance for buying local customer. Email delivery order and invoice to customer. To ensure customer make payment before collect goods. To prepare shipment work order in line with the customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirement and distribute them to production, packing, warehouse & QA department. To undertake and perform any other job requested by his or her superiors. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month Schedule:

Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
