Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Kept records of all vehicle due dates for renewing of licenses, permits, etc. and report all other details to management
Compiling, maintaining, and updating company records. For example, license, LHDN that related to company certificate. \xe2\x80\x93 renew cert
Government dept \xe2\x80\x93 JPJ, APAD, Dewan Bandaraya, LHD\xe2\x80\xa6 etc
Familiarity with office processes (courier/mail), including filing, handling mail, and directing telephone calls
Responsible for distribution and collection / maintaining (Maintenance part full set) records for monthly reporting of eligible rider and mileage reports, e.g. Petrol & TnG
Supervise and provide advice and guidance on general administration functions to the team members
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Cert/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent
At least 1-year of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply
Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word and Power Point
Able to multi-task and work independently
