JOB BRIEF We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to organize our company\xe2\x80\x99s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Microsoft Office and office equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES -Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department\xe2\x80\x99s activities -Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information -Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems -Entry the data provided directly from the supplier -Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label and ship) -Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution. -Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents -Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work -Attention to detail and problem-solving skills -Assist in ad-hoc duties as assign by immediate superior and the Management REQUIREMENTS Min SPM and above Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidates must fluent in mandarin preferred as the role requires because needed to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
