Admin Assistant (it/marketing Based)

Job Description

Perform general administrative tasks (data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing) Maintain and update accurate records, databases, and filing systems (both hard copy and digital). Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, memos). Manage office supply inventory and place orders when needed. Handle basic marketing for the company. Have basic IT skills is an advantage.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsible and trustworthy.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
