Job Description


  • Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Administrative / Business Management / Retail or any related field;
  • Minimum 1- 2 years of related working experience in FMCG / retail background will be added advantage;
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management
Responsibilities
  • Issue PO & update master listing of PO.
  • Matching the PO with DO & Inv, verify and check before submit to superior.
  • Print out E-Ticketing everyday and update ticketing report by weekly.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence. (Email, letter etc)
  • Filling document.
