Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Work location: Johor Bahru
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Clerical duties and general administrative support
  • Renew company licenses, road tax and insurances and workers permit
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
  • Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Possess at least SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field;
