Handle general office administrative tasks
Answer phone calls, emails, and manage correspondence
Perform data entry and maintain proper filing systems
Assist with document preparation and simple reporting
Provide support to HR, accounts, or operations as needed
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently and multitask
Responsible, reliable, and punctual
