Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Experience in foreign worker management or HR administration is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the management team.
  • Manage office communications, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and data entries.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR and operations departments with staff documentation and record-keeping.
Assist in managing foreign worker matters, including:
  • Processing and organizing work permits, visa renewals, and related documentation.
  • Coordinating with government agencies, recruitment agencies, and relevant authorities.
  • Tracking contract expirations, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company and employee information.
  • Support other administrative projects and duties as assigned.
