*will be working under HSE Department *Male only Scope: Safety, Health & Fire Section \xe2\x80\xa2 Observing work areas for unsafe conditions and taking appropriate action to correct the issue \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining a safe work environment by following safety procedures, rules, and regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the completeness and maintenance of all records, documents or reports related to assigned safety and health including PPEs programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Educating employees about safety rules and regulations, equipment usage, and accident prevention. \xe2\x80\xa2 Training new workers in safety procedures and performing routine inspections to ensure compliance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with monthly inspection including pump house, sprinkler & hose reel pressure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with fire extinguisher servicing, quarterly servicing and ad-hoc servicing. Scope: Environment (Schedule Waste) \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist and coordinate scheduled waste segregation activities, labelling & proper storage of scheduled waste. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in monitoring contract and maintenance workers on the premises emphasizing the aspects of environment compliance (Schedule Waste) in the workplace. Qualification for Admin Assistant \xe2\x80\xa2 Any course Diploma \xe2\x80\xa2 Can work independently in an office environment handling multiple priorities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Valid Driving License \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out tasks and instructions given by Safety, Health Officer & HSE Advisor.
