Job Description

1. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. 2. Carries out administrative duties such as email,filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. 3. Assist to issue invoicing , billing to customer 4. Arrange sending courier in & out to customer 5. Others tasks related to office operation assigned by superior Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. Job Requirements: 1. SPM or above or equivalent education required 2. Proficient in Chinese, intermediate in Malay and English 3. Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel 4. Cheerful and Optimistic 5. Ambitious, willing to learn
