Job Description


:

  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Attend to incoming visitors and liaise with the intended departments.
  • Maintaining contact list of customers, contractor and suppliers.
  • Sending & receiving correspondence.
  • Handle and follow-up in admin matters.
  • Prepare document up to requirements (Invoice).
  • Order stationery and keep inventory of stock.
  • Received stocks, letters, parcel, deliveries and etc.
  • General administrative duties such as filing, faxing, copying and mailing.
  • Support team by performing tasks related to organization.
Requirements :
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM/Higher Secondary/ STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Willing to learn and hardworking.
  • Good work attitude and Customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
