Job Responsibilities:



To perform general day-to-day administration duties such as prepare invoice, delivery order and purchase order. Manage inventory tracking system to record deliveries and stock levels. To forecast inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize excess inventory holding cost. Ensure stock is always up to date and not expired. To ensure all centre kitchen products is compliance to standard. Liaise with procurement department for inventory ordering and sufficiency. Facilitate the delivery orders and handle additional requests and record all relevant info. Maintain proper filling systems to ensure the traceability of documents and update into systems. Performs other related duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/

SPM

/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

Mandarin Speaker is an advantage.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment. Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Good in computer applications (

Microsoft Words, Excel

). Have working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Posses with own transport.

5 Working Days (Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm/ Fri 8am-6pm)

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
