Admin Assistant (juru)

Job Description

Assist superior in daily administrative tasks. Prepare, update, and maintain records of stock movement, vehicle allocation, and parts inventory. Handle documentation related to Proton vehicle registration, delivery orders, and transfer between branches. Coordinate with others departments to ensure accurate record keeping and timely updates. Monitor stock levels and prepare reports on incoming and outgoing vehicles or parts. Maintain filing systems, correspondence, and ensure all records are properly documented for audit purposes. Assist in preparing monthly inventory and administrative reports for management review. Support the manager in ensuring compliance with Proton Group's operational policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:

Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field. At least 1-2 years of working experience in administrative or inventory-related roles, preferably in the automotive industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Positions are available at Juru branch.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
