Job Description


MohonKelayakan

  • Have basic knowledge in administration background in any field
  • No experience required; training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Tanggungjawab
  • Follow up on payment collections and track outstanding bills.
  • Prepare and issue quotations accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain records of invoices, payments, and client correspondence.
  • Process and track permit and passport renewals.
  • Prepare and submit required documents to relevant authorities.
  • Monitor expiry dates and provide timely renewal reminders.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and embassies for approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of permits, passports, and legal documents.
  • Assist with other administrative and documentation tasks as required.
