Providing information about classes, schedules, pricing, and policies.
Managing new member inquiries and follow-ups.
Handling complaints or concerns and escalating issues as needed.

Class Scheduling & Enrollment
Managing class schedules, waitlists, and rosters.
Enrolling new students and processing class changes.
Ensuring class sizes align with safety and coaching ratios.
Communicating changes or cancellations promptly.
3.
Billing & Payments
Collecting and recording payments (cash, card, online).
Issuing receipts and invoices.
Managing accounts receivable and following up on overdue payments.
Assisting with monthly billing and fee adjustments.
4.
Child Safety & Compliance
Ensuring check-in/check-out procedures are followed.
Keeping emergency contact and medical information up to date.
Making sure safety and child protection policies are followed.
5.
Administrative Support to Coaches and Management
Preparing class attendance sheets and performance tracking.
Helping coordinate coach schedules and coverage.
Supporting event and competition planning (e.g., registrations, logistics)
