Job Description


Responsibilities: * Administrative Support to the Managers

  • Prepare invoice, PO, IPO and collection.
  • Distribution of BUREAU VERITAS CERTIFICATION Incoming Correspondence (Letters, Faxes & Documents)
  • Attend, liaise and handle the clients\' requests & queries.
  • Liaise & Co-ordinate Administrative Issues with BUREAU VERITAS CERTIFICATION counterparts.
  • Any other job functions assign from time to time
Requirements: * Candidate must possess at least Spm/Stpm/Diploma in Business Management or related.
  • Working Experience - 1 - 5 Years
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Able to Multitask, Prioritize and Manage Time Effectively.
  • Familiar with any system example Excel, Word, Flex, Siebel.
