Admin Assistant

We are looking for an admin assistant for secretarial support and administration duties to call centre operations team.

Main duties are:

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the call centre operations which includes:
  • Conduct data entry including checking/amending/update all information ensuring data accuracy in all kinds of report;
  • Preparation / updating of monthly bordereau for clients;
  • Checking Customer Service Officer\xe2\x80\x99s monthly job sheet;
  • Any other admin related duties as assigned to support the call centre operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma qualifications;
  • Prior experience in administrative support to call centre operations would be an advantage;
  • Strong self initiative and the ability to adapt quickly to different situations;
  • Positive attitude with a pro-active approach to solving problems;
  • Good numeracy and literacy;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Good excel and powerpoint skills;
  • Be analytical with attention to detail;
  • Is a team player
