In this role, you\'ll supervise office operations, handle deliveries, conduct basic maintenance, arrange repairs, manage data entry, oversee inventory, source suppliers, maintain cleanliness, support visitors, and tackle miscellaneous tasks as needed.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the daily operations of the office.Manage the delivery and collection of mails, parcels, and other items externally.Undertake basic equipment maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and cupboard handles.Procure and negotiate office repair services when required.Handle data entry for various reports.Monitor and manage office supplies inventory to prevent overstocking.Replenish office essentials including pantry items, refreshments, and stationery.Research potential deals or suppliers as needed.Supervise office cleaners to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.Act as a front liner to assist walk-in visitors.Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.JOB REQUIREMENTS
