Job Description


  • General duties such as documentation and filling, data entry, handle incoming emails and phone inquiries.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Position 2 - Responsible
  • Purchase office stationery, packaging material and office stuff etc.
  • Data key in payment payout and receive. (HSBC, UOB, MBB, PBB and Petty Cash)
  • Responsible in checking local and oversea supplier invoices, forwarder freight charges and duty, GST & SST bill and courier bill charges.
  • Daily transaction of AP functions. Data entry incoming Vendors\' and non-vendors\' invoices.
  • Monitoring and data key in for supplier funding claim support.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Position 3 - Responsible
  • Respond to incoming customers\' calls, live chats, or emails.
  • Responsible to handling customers\' enquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Handle accurate documentation and collect feedbacks / recommendations from customers.
  • Ensuring excellent service is delivered to customers.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
