  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application, e.g., Word, Excel and Power Point

Responsibilities
  • Organize and carry out operations and administrative projects and processed for the company
  • Handle email and phone calls, answering clients\' enquiries
  • General administrative work
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and reordering when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers and deliveries.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with recruitment processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address basic service issues.
  • Communicate with suppliers, distributors, and shipping companies to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Provide support to other departments as required, including data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.
