Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing office operations, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide empathetic administrative support for real estate transactions, from offer preparation to invoicing.
  • Assist in sales activities, including preparing proposals, processing orders, and supporting the sales team in client interactions.
  • Support customer service tasks by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in and assist with organizing social community events, engaging with participants, and fostering a sense of connection and community.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of administrative procedures and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
