Job Description

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a marketing or related field.
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin (Ability to speak in Mandarin is highly preferred to deal with Chinese stakeholders).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Calendar Management: Maintain and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for marketing team members.
• Communication Coordination: Facilitate communication within the marketing team and with external stakeholders.
• Document Preparation: Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Data Entry and Database Management: Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management ( RM) systems.
• Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating marketing events, including logistics, invitations, and materials.
• Budget Tracking: Monitor and track expenses and budgets related to marketing activities.
• Material Ordering: Coordinate the ordering and inventory management of marketing materials and supplies.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and handling inquiries.
