Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
2-3 years of work experience is required
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Responsibilities
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides (if any).
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies (if any).
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
Handle any related paperwork for agents.
Arrange company events, like annual dinner, team building, etc.
Arrange agents\' training schedule.
Record agents\' monthly sales.
