Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • 2-3 years of work experience is required
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Responsibilities
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides (if any).
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies (if any).
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
  • Handle any related paperwork for agents.
  • Arrange company events, like annual dinner, team building, etc.
  • Arrange agents\' training schedule.
  • Record agents\' monthly sales.
