Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / or Higher Diploma
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge.
  • Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Canva
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Responsibilities
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately by the management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and briefs during meeting
  • Develop and carry out filing system
  • Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
