At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support

Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
Office Coordination
Maintain office supplies by tracking inventory, placing orders, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate with service providers for office equipment maintenance and repairs.
Keep the office environment organized and ensure common areas are tidy and well-stocked.
Data Management and Record-Keeping:
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.

Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines, maintaining proper records as required.
