:
To manage and organize company administrative works and internal office matters.
Day to day admin task. example : Issue Invoice, DO and any related task.
To attend customer's calls and enquiries
Organize filling system and manage documentation in proper record.
Any ad hoc job as required.
Working Hours : Monday to Friday : 9.00am - 6.00pm | Saturday : 9.00am - 1.00 p.m
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
Must be computer literate.
Fluent in Bahasa and English. Mandarin is added advantage.
Previous relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
Proactive and able to work either independently or in a team.
Present personality and able to interact with people at all levels.
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
