Organize, maintain, and update filing systems (both physical and electronic) for accurate record-keeping.
Handle and process customer-related documents in a timely and professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, letters, and mail/fax.
Prepare and review documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation flow and compliance with company standards.
