- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls.
- Handle reception duties including greeting guests and managing front desk operations.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier, and delivery arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment.
- Support day-to-day office operations and assist other departments when needed.
- Ensure the reception area and office environment are neat and presentable at all times.
