RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Able to handling General Clerical works in office
  • Assist in maintain project related documents
  • Answering phone call and routine calls to the correct person or taking message
  • Proper documentation record / filing system for both hard and soft copy
  • Record & Monitoring of Office licenses renewal, office equipment, tools & machinery movement
  • Monthly worker\xe2\x80\x99s wages calculation & checking
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the office, and other administrative duties assigned by superior

REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in any field.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate encourages to apply
Required Skill(s): Computer skills on MS Office
Able to work independently and multitasking
