ADMIN ASSISTANTResponsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Answering and transferring phone calls, and greeting visitors to the office \xc2\xb7 Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence \xc2\xb7 Typing letters, reports, schedules, forms, contracts, and similar materials from rough drafts, marginal notes, or verbal instructions relatable to Quantity Surveyor\xe2\x80\x99s documentation. \xc2\xb7 Performs administrative duties which collate and distributing mail, maintaining physical and digital filing systems, scanning, copying, and printing correspondence, vouchers, forms, documents, etc. \xc2\xb7 Assist in administering the new and renew registration of the company to clients, and preparing jobs proposals. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for application and renewal of company\xe2\x80\x99s licenses (MOF, LJBM, RISM, etc.) \xc2\xb7 Assist with day-to-day administration and HR activities. Maintain and update staff records in matters pertaining to recruitment, leave application, attendance, staff welfare, appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfers, resignation, and termination. \xc2\xb7 To assist in company\xe2\x80\x99s insurance, company vehicles road tax & insurance renewal. \xc2\xb7 Make travel arrangements for directors such as booking flights, hotels, or others reservations. \xc2\xb7 Performs other related administrative duties, as required. \xc2\xb7 Keep highly Private and Confidential all staff and company information. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least SPM / Graduate Diploma. \xc2\xb7 Must be able to communicate in English. \xc2\xb7 Must be well versed with all Microsoft office software. \xc2\xb7 At least 2 years of working experience in related fields. \xc2\xb7 Candidate with multi-tasking and well-organized skills will be an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Able to work with minimum supervision.
