The ideal candidate for this position should possess basic accounting skills, bookkeeping knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. As an Admin Assistant at YBGK, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining files. Your daily tasks will involve preparing financial reports, managing invoices, and other financial-related tasks. We offer a basic salary of RM1600 per month with medical benefits. The successful candidate will be expected to work from our office location in Bangunan Sulaiman (AIAC), Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, KL and be available to work from 7:30/9:00 to 4:30/6:00, Monday to Friday with weekends off. The objective of the Foundation is to receive and administer funds for the provision of advice and legal assistance to Malaysian citizens who do not have the financial resources when the person is arrested, detained, and charged with a criminal offence.
