Description - Managing foreign workers (Nepalese) work permits renewal. - Hiring process with agencies. - Preparation of Fomema. - Keep track all company foreign workers work permit, levy, insurances, medical & etc. - Liaise with all operations team on Nepal workforce matters. - Manage and update database of Nepal workforce. - Liaise with immigration on all foreign workers related matters. - Liaise with Insurance company on foreign workers related matter. - Managing airport clearance for all Nepal workforce arrivals and departure. - Manage logistics of Nepal workforce early mobilization planning. - Assisting on administration matters related to purchasing of company items and inline with admin task. Requirement - Good communication skill in Bahasa & English. - Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Words & Power Point. - Well verse with immigration system for payment & renewal. - Well verse with Fomema process. - Able to travel for all matters related to foreign workforce management
