Position : Admin Assistant Location : Medan Klang Lama Salary range : RM 2,500 \xe2\x80\x93 RM 3,000 Working hours : 5 days a week Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Manage daily operation of the branch \xc2\xb7 Manage administration system in real estate field \xc2\xb7 Assist management and implementation of administrative and facilities functions \xc2\xb7 Assist in sales activities administration \xc2\xb7 Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing \xc2\xb7 Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary \xc2\xb7 Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) \xc2\xb7 Assist in other relevant ad-hoc when necessary Requirements \xc2\xb7 Computer literate, fast learner and independent \xc2\xb7 Basic knowledge in Accounting, Microsoft Office (Excel) \xc2\xb7 Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field \xc2\xb7 Problem Solving \xc2\xb7 Fresh grad/no experience are encouraged to apply \xc2\xb7 A positive attitude towards work-life balance, work smart and play hard Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
