  • Minimum SPM

  • Able to work independently
  • Able to meet deadlines with right sense of urgency.
  • Self-proactive, initiative and motivated attitude are a MUST.
  • Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Team player with a mature personality
  • Able to communicate with English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin averagely
  • Looking for a stable and permanent job
Tanggungjawab
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments arrangement for department
  • Maintain office supplies for department
