Job Description


  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Those who can speak/read Chinese are preferred.
  • Aggressive and fast learner.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
  • Good at arranging the allocation of working time by oneself, being punctual.
  • Must have own transport and driving license.
Responsibilities
  • To do data entries, maintain and update department records.
  • To do daily filing and documentations.
  • Responsible to go banks for relevant matters; Banking in of customer and supplier cheques.
  • Answering phone calls and attending to mails and courier
  • Renewal of Company Permits, License, Insurance, tenancy and Certificates\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b, Staff Permits.
  • Handle the sundry and stationary stock is sufficient stocks.\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior or Management
  • Obtaining, proposing and monitoring deadlines and follow-up dates;
  • Liaising with other staff about a range of matters relating to the organization\'s operations;
  • Writing and answering business or technical letters and other similar correspondence;
  • Able to work 6 days during Company Seasons period.
