Responsibilities: Coordinate daily financial and administrative task. Process invoices, official receipt, and other financial documents. Maintain digital and hardcopy record of financial documents. Sort expanses and other relevant documents. Keep licenses up to date. Ready documents for audit-printing, filing and packing. Prepare document to management approval. Job Related Experience and Knowledge: Fresh graduate is encourage to apply. At least one (1) year of related working experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office-Word & Excel
