1. Update and maintain relevant records and documents for client. 2. To arrange documents for client signing (Board Resolutions, EGM, AGM, MOT, whichever may deem necessary). 3. Ability to take on additional duties from time to time as and when the need arises. 4. Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic (Superior ComSec). 5. Communicating with clients on secretarial work and submission due dates. 6. Assist in preparing secretarial document & etc. 7.
