Admin Assistant
Job Description
1)Responsible to process vehicle sales order. 2)Handle all documentations related to vehicle sales order matters. 3)To perform data entry in the system and generate relevant reports on a timely basis. 4)To assist renewal of vehicle insurance and road tax. 5)Collect down payment from customers and issue invoices to customers. 6)Responsible for daily operations in Sales Department. 7)Provide support to sales team in achieving the outlet\xe2\x80\x99s monthly sales target. 8)Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to from time to time.
