VACANCY: ADMIN ASSISTANT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Organizes and develops the HR department, including the systems policies and procedures to enable it to carry out its function effectively.
  • Maintains close communication especially in updating policies and procedures with other administrative officials at all centres in addition to assisting them in human resource functions.
  • Recruitment, selection, orientation and retention of instructors and other staff members including interviewing, evaluating and training.
  • Assists in formulation of plans and maintaining effective relationship with Ministry of Education, Human Resource Development Council, Immigration Department and other government organizations.
  • Administrate Expatriates work permit, employment pass, tax clearance; employee Health Insurance and insurance claim matters.
  • Ensures that centre has full documentation of the various functions and work procedures for the overall centre operations, which could be updated from time to time.
  • Develops and coordinates training programme for staff / instructors in accordance to the company\xe2\x80\x99s plan and strategy.
  • Organizes and coordinates company functions, conferences and public relations activities.
  • Attends relevant management meetings and minute the meeting.
  • Ordering and maintaining office and office supplies.
  • Administering payroll procedures and records.
  • Undertakes any duties given by management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS. \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree/Professional Degree in any related field \xc2\xb7 Two years of office management experience with full supervisory responsibilities, including hiring and evaluating personnel. Experience in sales and fiscal management preferred. \xc2\xb7 Excellent time management skills and ability to complete tasks within established timelines \xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and also multi-task. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
