Job Details:
Position : Admin Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)
Company Industry : Water & Petrochemical
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0830 hour to 1800)
Working Location : Bayan Lepas, Penang.
Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable basis)
Remuneration : Basic salary RM2,500 - RM3,000 (based on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage
WHO CAN APPLY?
- Diploma/Degree in related field
- 1-3 years of similar administration experience
- Good communications skill in English & Mandarin as there is a need to communicate with counterparts whom are based oversea
- Basic computer literacy (Ms word, excel, powerpoint)
- Able to start in short notice
- Only open for Malaysian nationality
- Responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, appointments and directing various administrative projects
- Act as document controller
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
