Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Procient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and maintain professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the superior/manager and other departments as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including paperwork, data organization, ling, and record-keeping using Excel.
  • Manage oce inventories and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and building management for any related issues.
  • Perform other related duties as required by the superior or management.
