Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor invoices
To provide comprehensive assistance to sales managers and sales engineers in managing the entire sales process, complying with operational policies, and processing documentation and communication procedures, including shipping documentation, packaging, receiving and delivering goods and services, and processing related documents.
To maintain all documentation and communications related to the business within the group.
Assist in the general administrative duties of the office, including answering calls.
Provide any other services assigned by the superior or management.
