Your Tasks

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of department.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and etc.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Preparation of quotation & invoicing
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Ensuring an interface between the customer and the other MHS personnel
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior
Your Qualifications
  • Key Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in any field
  • Preferably with minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience
  • Good command of written and verbal English
  • Fast learner, customer-oriented and proactive attitude are essential qualities
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel
