Good organizational skills, including filing, handling invoices, receipts, and document management. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in administration, accounting, or finance tasks is an added advantage. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Honest, responsible, disciplined, and proactive. Tanggungjawab Perform daily sales reconciliation and prepare related reports. Key in invoices, update records, and ensure accurate data entry. Assist in stock checking and maintain proper stock records. Handle supplier invoices, filing, and general documentation. Prepare and organise administrative paperwork for daily operations. Monitor email correspondence and assist with basic office communication. Maintain proper filing systems for easy document retrieval. Support day-to-day office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents. Assist in updating spreadsheets, forms, and administrative databases.
