We are a leading Trading Company handling FAST MOVING CONSUMER PRODUCTS in Sarawak and Sabah. In line with our company expansion, we are seeking qualified, enthusiastic people to join our company. Finance Assistant :

  • Preparing and processing supplier invoices.
  • Responsible for day-to-day finance and administration tasks.
  • Match goods received to purchase invoice.
  • Updating Purchase Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note, Payment Voucher, etc in accounting system.
  • Review and validation of invoices and payments based on company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as and when requested by management.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a minimum SPM, LCCI, CAT, Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, independent and result oriented.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
