Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of administrative functions
  • Responsible for office maintenance
  • Arrange travel and meetings
  • Coordinate office equipment purchase with project site staff
  • Maintain office storage records
  • Supervise staff moving documents from the office to store and disposing of old documents
  • Manage company properties, such as paying utility bills and handing over keys to property agents
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
