Requirements
Minimum education: SPM or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome
Can speak English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
Organized and careful with details
Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Can work in a fast-paced environment
Professional and responsible
Able to arrange schedules and communicate with staff
Can use Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, send emails, and post announcements in WhatsApp groups
Able to work in the office and from home
Responsibilities
Manage and arrange the ladyboss's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events
Manage the company ERP and CRM systems for bookings and reservations
Make sure daily operations run smoothly
Support management and staff with administrative tasks
Prepare and organize materials for client presentations
