We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team at Servay Supermarket Sdn Bhd in Penampang Sabah. This full-time role will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing a wide range of administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems
Handling correspondence, drafting documents, and providing general administrative assistance to the team
Assisting with data entry, maintaining databases, and generating reports as required
Handling logistics, such as coordinating travel arrangements and ordering office supplies
Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Supporting special projects and events as needed
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
